Al-Khor Dynamic Builders, Inc. is a duly-registered corporation based in San Juan City. It was founded in 2012 with an initial offering of 12 townhouse units (Phase 1) constructed at a choice neighborhood in the city. Positive feedback from homebuyers spurred the company to fast-track their objective to build high-quality homes within reach of the Filipino family.
Better known as Al-Khor Townhomes, the company is the brainchild of Mrs. Edith Alba Khorakiwala, a former banker and corporate executive. She is now mostly based in Mumbai, India but her attachment to the place where she grew up remained strong. From her childhood memories, she envisioned a thriving community of modern families living in understated luxury at the heart of the bustling metropolis yet away from its noise and clutter.
Her husband, businessman Tysoon Fakhruddin Khorakiwala, owns the Switz Group, a leading bakery conglomerate based in the United Arab Emirates with 15 companies spread over Saudi Arabia, Oman, India and Sri Lanka making up its business portfolio.
In the Philippines, the Switz Group maintains an egg pasteurization plant that supplies fresh eggs to major bakeshop chains in the country.
The Khorakiwala couple joined the Philippine real estate industry as developers building town houses with gated security and bearing the mark of quality in construction comparable to the more established names in the field.
At present, Al-Khor Townhomes Phase II is undergoing construction of 27 multi-level townhouses with delivery scheduled in July 2018.
They are designed by Architect Dino Padilla and Interior Designer Marja Corcuera of Diseno.
